8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. In general:
- Contact form submissions are retained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of submission.
- Quote Request records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of submission to support potential business relationships and regulatory compliance.
- Uploaded files are retained for the duration of the associated business process and thereafter for a period of 3 years, unless you request earlier deletion.
Upon expiry of the retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymised.

Core Path Analytics implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
